About the event

This 4 part series is a wonderful introduction to meditation and feeling more present within yourself. If you feel lethargic, demotivated or overwhelmed then this time for yourself may be just what you need.

Benefits

  • Learn how to relax your body to relax your mind
  • Learn different breathing techniques to soothe or energise you
  • Feel safe and supported in a caring environment and encouraged to really feel your emotions
  • Begin to notice your emotional state and how your mind works with meditation

There are a limited number of spaces and if you can’t make a session, you are welcome to a refund or a make-up session.

All ages are welcome and while this is a beginners class, more experienced meditators are welcome to join.

Each session is $40 and to secure your spot you can pay upfront and receive a 15 minute free reiki session.
