Do you feel stuck? Lost? Depressed? Each of us can experience hard times, but only a few know how to turn it into a starting point for the new life full of happiness. I'm a Coaching Professional with years of experience in helping people make important life transitions, and my mission is to find your hidden potential and give you the necessary tools to help you cope, develop, grow and succeed.

My Story

Coaching is my passion.

Since 2008, I’ve been successfully coaching clients throughout Australia and facilitating their self-growth and transformation through transition.

If you are feeling overwhelmed by life’s demands, my services aim to introduce clarity and self-motivation.

With personal experience, I specialise in Grief Recovery - whether it be living loss (divorce, separation, redundancy) or death, can provide major opportunities for growth. With the right guidance, care and compassion you can set yourself on a path of recovery.

I also teach techniques to better manage the emotional stress of everyday life with a focus on values alignment, meditation and mindfulness.

Blaze Coaching acknowledges and pays respect to the past, present and future Traditional Custodians and Elders of this nation and the continuation of cultural, spiritual and educational practices of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the holders of the memories, the traditions, the culture, and the spiritual well-being of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples across the nation.

We acknowledge any Sorry Business that may be affecting the communities as a whole. In the spirit of reconciliation, partnership, and mutual respect, we will continue to work together with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, to shape our services to respond to the needs and aspirations of the communities to which we serve.

We would like to recognise the individual and collective expertise of those with a living or lived experience of a mental health condition, or those that are grieving. We pay tribute to the vital contribution to system change and recognise the courage shown in sharing this unique perspective. One that provides hope and shapes a better future for themselves and others.
